Is Planflipper an internet provider?

No. Planflipper helps you compare internet plans and sign up. Your internet service comes from the provider you choose.

How can the service be free?

Planflipper may receive a commission when you complete a sign-up through Planflipper. You do not pay Planflipper a comparison fee. The provider sets the cost and terms of its internet plan.

Will you automatically change my provider?

No. Provider matching and sales are handled by a person. You review the relevant plan, pricing and terms before deciding whether to sign up. Submitting an enquiry does not switch your service.

Can you guarantee a lower bill?

No. Price, availability and suitability depend on your address and circumstances. The team can help you compare options, but no specific savings, connection speed or provider availability are promised.

Are these real provider offers?

The comparison has eight made-up demo plans with example prices in US dollars. You can filter them, compare costs and add one to a test request. They are not real offers, and we have not checked which providers serve your address.

Can I review or change my contact permission?

You can review and change the permission checkboxes before submitting. Test-enquiry permission and optional marketing permission are separate, and neither authorizes real messages in this preview. Your saved receipt shows the exact choices and wording. Changing those choices after submission is planned but is not available yet.

How do I find my saved test requests?

Open My test requests in the browser you used to submit them. You can view your receipt and check whether a second copy has been saved for testing. No email confirmation is sent. Requests from another browser or a session that has ended will not appear.

What happens when I try this preview?

Use made-up details only, including an email address ending in .invalid, such as alex@example.invalid. This saves a test request and gives you a reference. Nobody will contact you and no service will be ordered. For real help, use the existing Planflipper service.
